Transitions are like riding a Rollercoaster!
Most people have had an OPPORTUNITY to ride a rollercoaster, however the EXPERIENCE is VERY different. When you stare up at the towering structure with loops, dips, and drops and then you see the car zoom by with great speed – you see people with their hands up, others with a look of dread, and some screaming to describe their experience. It can be scary, fun, frightful or rock your face off. Every Rollercoaster is prepared with a safety bar – a PLAN.
On this Road to Promotion, this is our PLAN to help you parent well, be informed, and know what’s coming up.
Stop and See
Tour Dates are designed with 4 specific opportunities to show students what MSM & HSM are all about, to see, experience, and become familiar with the ministry environments at their campus and get to know the student pastor.

Checkin at KidCity like normal & MSM will take 5th grade students and leaders on a tour to MSM during service.

MSM Best of the Mess – July 24 & 25
One of the greatest ways to engage in Middle School Ministry is to attend Best of The Mess on July 24 & 25. You will want to attend both days for memory making, parent info with Q & As, and a squad night experience for your student. Register at gethope.net/msm (Registration coming soon)
Develop Community with Middle School Parents
You are not alone in this journey through middle school. Stay connected by keeping your student plugged in, consider volunteering, and develop community with other Middle School Parents through campus MSM Facebook groups to join your campus community.
HSM Tour Dates
Your student will attend MSM like normal, we are encouraging on these dates for 8th grade students and their leaders to attend HSM Hangout between services. Plan to stay late or show up early to get to know the HSM Pastor at your campus

HSM Game Night – May 12
Game Night is all about building connections for students and parents. Your student will have FUN and CONNECT with other students involved with High School Ministry. By attending HSM Game Night on May 12, you will understand how to find your students small group, campus summer calendar, meet other parents, and connect with your campus High School Pastor.
