Bible Story: Jesus’ miracles are amazing. Catching Fish • Luke 5:1-10
Memory Verse: “Everyone who heard Him was amazed.” Luke 2:47 NIV
Key Question: Who is amazing?
Bottom Line: Jesus is amazing
Basic Truth: I am loved by God no matter what so I can be confident that God knows who I am.
Practice the Memory Verse together:
Everyone (arms out and around)
who heard him (hands behind ears)
was amazed, (hold hands like binoculars, open and shut)
Luke 2:47. (Open hands like a book.)
Ask these Questions:

- What do you think a miracle is? (When something is impossible on our own, but God makes it possible because He’s powerful)
- What happened in our story today? (Jesus told the disciples, who had been fishing all night without catching anything, to put their nets on the other side of the boat. Soon, they had two full boats of fish. Everyone was amazed)
- Who is amazing? (Jesus is amazing!)
