Bible Story: We can celebrate Jesus.
Palm Sunday • Matthew 21:1-16
Memory Verse: “Love each other as I have loved you.” John 15:12, NIV
Key Question: Who can love like Jesus?
Bottom Line: I can love like Jesus.
Basic Truth: I am made by God to worship Him.
Memory Verse Motions:
“Love each other (hug yourself)
as I (point up)
have loved you (point thumbs to chest),”
John 15:12. (Open hands like a book.)
Ask:
- What happened in our story today? Why were people cheering?
- Say, “We can celebrate Jesus every day by loving others the way Jesus loves us!”
- Do: Cut out a simple palm leaf shape and have your preschooler color it. Practice waving it and saying “Hosanna! Yay Jesus!”
