What We’re Learning:
During the month of February we will be discussing with students how we are new creations in Christ. Our main verse for the month is 2 Corinthians 5:16-17: “So we have stopped evaluating others from a human point of view. At one time we thought of Christ merely from a human point of view. How differently we know him now! 17 This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!” Our goal for this month is that students realize they are defined by the grace of Jesus – not school, looks, clothes, sports, mistakes, etc. I know you may be a little nervous thinking, “But school is important!” Yes – we 100% agree with you! School is important, but it is not the MOST important. The MOST important thing about us is our relationship with God.
